Telephony Specialist Matthew Luke Joins Dial800
Telephony specialist Matthew Luke has joined Dial800 in the role of Business Development Manager.
Jun 09, 2011 – Los Angeles, CA — Telephony specialist Matthew Luke has joined Dial800 in the role of Business Development Manager. Luke is a respected expert in call routing, virtual automated call distribution (VACD), and IVR, and will augment the sales team of the burgeoning firm, which specializes in marketing optimization.
Luke previously worked as a Regional Sales Director for Prosodie Interactive, Inc. and, prior to that, helped develop the call routing platform in a similar role at Intelemedia Communications.
