All marketers know how important it is to get incremental gains. I was at an educational session at Response Expo several years ago, when a wonderful speaker and terrific marketing colleague by the name of Dick Wechsler said something that has always stuck with me. He said that a 10% increase in call volume can equal a 50% increase in profits!

I heard it and thought, “That’s amazing, but is it true?” To discover the answer, I built a calculator to test out his assertion. I can now confirm, yes, it’s true.
