    Contracts vary from month-to-month to longer term, depending upon the needs of each client. Obviously, there are economic advantages for company’s that sign a longer-term agreement.

  • Do you have clients in my line of business that will give references?

  • Do you provide 24/7 support?

    Yes, depending upon the scope of an individual contract and customer's needs. Dial800 provides support via email and telephonically. We want you to be happy!

  • Do you have online tools/management tools?

    Yes. Our AccuRoute platform is cloud-based, as are reports available through CallView360°. Both are designed to be intuitive and nimble tools.

  • Do I own the toll free numbers?

    No. Dial800 makes a bank of 50,000 memorable Toll Free numbers available to its clients on an affordable basis. Unlike numbers you would use through an individual call center, Dial800's numbers can be routed anywhere the customer wishes at any time. If you already own your own toll-free numbers we will be happy to be your RespOrg.

  • What call centers do you already work with?

    Call centers that Dial800 currently works with range from the single largest domestic provider to smaller telesales boutiques and most of the telemarketers of consequence operating in the direct marketing arena. If a call center you wish to work with is not currently on the Dial800 platform, we can approve, certify and integrate them into our platform in a matter of days, something other service providers are unable to do.

While are standard and enterprise offerings meet most needs, if you prefer, affordable report customization services are available.

  • Can we see a demo of your solutions?

    Our website is filled with rich content and video, but of course we are happy to set up a GoToMeeting online to visit you and present our capabilities.

  • Can we see a demo of your reports?

    Yes. Again, we can convene a meeting online or in person and give you a complete demo of our reporting capabilities.

  • Is there a minimum usage?

    We have plans that have no minimum commitments, as well as plans that give economic incentives for scaled levels of commitment.
