The terms that govern every CloudVoice Service Order — UCaaS business phone, CCaaS contact center, and Microsoft Teams Direct Routing — whether or not a master service agreement has been signed.
Last updated: October 6, 2026
These CloudVoice Terms of Service ("CloudVoice Terms") are issued by Dial800 Telecom LLC ("Dial800," "we," "us," or "our"), an affiliate of Dial800 LLC and RingSquared LLC. They apply together with the CloudVoice Acceptable Use Policy, the CloudVoice E911 Policy, and the Dial800 Terms of Service, each of which is incorporated by reference.
These CloudVoice Terms govern any Service Order entered into by the customer ("Customer," "you," or "your") and Dial800 for CloudVoice services, whether or not an applicable master service contract has been executed by Customer and Dial800. These CloudVoice Terms, together with the applicable Service Order(s), constitute the agreement for the ordered services (the "Agreement" and the "Services").
"CloudVoice" means Dial800's cloud voice and communications services, including:
The following policies form part of the Agreement and apply to your use of the Services:
If there is a conflict between these CloudVoice Terms and the Dial800 Terms of Service with respect to the Services, these CloudVoice Terms control. If there is a conflict between these CloudVoice Terms and a signed Service Order or master service agreement, the Service Order or master service agreement controls.
Dial800 may at any time revise the terms and conditions of this Agreement (including, without limitation, any of the policies incorporated by reference). Notice of revisions to the Agreement shall be posted on the Dial800 website at www.dial800.com (the "Website") and deemed effective on the date posted to the Website.
Standard pricing may be subject to change at any time with or without notice, except during the initial term of a contract or Service Order such as a Dial800 Service Agreement.
Any pricing adjustment will be reflected in an invoice provided to you at the time of the pricing adjustment for your account. If you do not agree to a price revision, you must terminate your Service immediately, subject to the termination provisions of this Agreement. By continuing to use the Service after revision(s) and/or pricing changes are in effect, you accept and agree to all such revisions and/or pricing changes.
The "Initial Order Term" is the period starting on the date the Services are functional and available for use (the "Billing Start Date") and continuing for the period of time specified in the Service Order(s). If no Initial Order Term is specified in a Service Order, the Initial Order Term is twelve (12) months from the Billing Start Date.
Upon expiration of the Initial Order Term, the applicable Service Order shall automatically renew for a term equal to the original term, unless either Dial800 or Customer elects not to renew the Service Order. Notice of service cancellation or non-renewal must be given in writing at least thirty (30) days in advance of the expiration of the Order Term.
Customer is responsible for all charges attributable to the use of Customer's Service, even if incurred as the result of fraudulent or unauthorized use of the Service by any person, whether such use is authorized by, or known or unknown to, Customer. Customer must notify Dial800 immediately in writing of any suspected theft, fraud, or unauthorized use, as described in the Acceptable Use Policy.
