Dial800 business development team heads to Contact.io 2017 conference

The entire Business Development team from Dial 800 will knock elbows Feb. 6-7 at the second annual Contact 2017, a San Francisco conference centering around the call marketing ecosystem and geared toward specialists in financial services, healthcare, home services, professional services and travel. Attendees will network with some 700 marketers, entrepreneurs and technology leaders from multiple sectors while choosing from presentations led by 75 different speakers.

Most registrants will have a vested interest in the skyrocketing call marketing industry. Contact organizers estimate $80 billion is being spent annually on U.S. advertising focused on driving phone calls, with $1 trillion in U.S. spending now influenced by calls and the calls themselves converting at 10 times the rates of other digital communications.

The event is particularly geared toward those wishing to optimize call marketing technology solutions, boost existing call lead efforts and find new revenue opportunities, while other attendees may be deciding whether to bring calls in-house or partner with third-party providers. Presentation topics range from “Choosing the Right Software to Build Your Contact Center” to “Inbound Call Options: Direct vs. IVR vs. Human” to “How to Increase Your Call Marketing Yield.”

“If any of the following describe your business — high touch, high immediacy, high lifetime value and/or appointment-based — Contact is the summit for increasing your business growth,” the website advises.

The first Contact conference was co-organized last year by Phoenix-based international data center/networker Contact.io and New York-based digital marketing guru Jay Weintraub, founder of performance marketing conference LeadsCon.

Contact 2017 will be held at the Hilton Union Square in San Francisco. More info can be found at Contact.io/.
