Dial800 set to network at LeadsCon West

Staffers from Dial800 will once again participate in LeadsConWest, the annual Las Vegas-based convention for professionals across the U.S. working in vertical media and direct response marketing.

This year’s event March 15–17 at the Venetian casino hotel is expected to draw more than 2,800 attendees who will network and access more than 100 speakers in some 30 information sessions.

LeadsCon is focused on consumer leads for a few main verticals — insurance, mortgages/finance, for-profit education, home services, healthcare and automotive.

Keynote speakers are Mark W. Schaefer and Bryan Eisenberg. Schaefer will speak on content marketing strategy in today’s market, while Eisenberg will present on “Uncovering Amazon’s Performance secrets” in regard to lead generation.

Schaefer is an author, speaker, business consultant and marketing instructor at Rutgers University, and his marketing blog at Businessgrow.com is considered one of the top five in the world. He has appeared on media channels such as CNN, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times and CBS News. Strategy consultant and author Eisenberg is considered a pioneer and authority on the topics of online marketing, improving online conversion rates, marketing tools, web analytics, big data, persona marketing and “Persuasion Architecture,” a method of designing and developing websites for the purpose of motivating viewers. He’s been quoted in publications ranging from the Wall Street Journal to Internet Retailer.

Other presentations primarily fall under the categories of improving buyer/seller relationships; best practices and trends in today’s vertical markets; how to maximize content marketing; how to engage through email; and how to connect via call marketing. Subjects addressed will include lead generation, lead buying, competing against brand giants, lead costs, SEO and content marketing. Some discussion will take place via panelists from various industries, led by moderators.

Invitation-only buyers’ and seller’s summits will be held for those who buy and sell leads.

Another LeadsCon event is held in New York each August. The events were founded in 2007 by Jay Weintraub, CEO of event planner Grow Co., and have been owned by New York-based marketing and info company Access Intelligence since 2012.
