  • PDF DOWNLOAD – At the top of the right navigation menu is the Save Article as PDF button, if you prefer to save the Knowledge Base content for off-line access
  • USEFUL TERMINOLOGY – Just below that is the Useful Terminology button, click this to see a quick definition of the most important terms in that article
