Setting Up Outbound Calling via SIP Trunk

In order to set up and utilize SIP trunking on your BizCloud account, first reach out to the BizCloud team. They will connect with you to learn about your needs, confirm that SIP trunking will work with your system, and activiate the SIP Trunking service on your new or existing Dial800 account.

Please have the following information available to ensure a quick and efficient set up:

  • Your phone system’s Host IP address
  • Caller ID that you’d like for SIP outbound calls
  • Port number to assign to your BizCloud SIP trunk
